OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We will attempt to give you a refund or exchange on every item purchased from us when you email us your original paid invoice. When you don’t have your receipt, we will offer an invoice look-up for a small fee.
Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment** or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Valid photo ID may be required.
WHERE TO RETURN PRODUCTS
Products can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase.
Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. You will need to pay any shipping charges incurred on the exchange.
